Return Policy

All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, notify us within 14 days upon delivery and we will arrange for a replacement. Please provide your order number and the name associated with your order. Returns are accepted/exchanged for store credit only. 
Our policy lasts 14 days upon delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Policy

Standard Processing time for orders is 5-7 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders Placed after 10:00 AM (PST) may be processed the following business day. Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons. We cannot change the shipping address, or the shipping method selected after checkout.
U.S. Shipping Options and Costs
The Basketball Club offers Standard Ground Shipping for all full price mainline orders shipping within the United States. Orders take 7-14 Business days to arrive once your order leaves our distribution center in Los Angeles, CA. 
For all other purchases, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be based on your shipping address and estimated weight of your order. 
International Shipping Options and Costs 
International shipping rates vary. During checkout we calculate shipping cost based on your location and estimated weight of your order.
